Schwing Stetter M1T

Our state-of-the-art batching plant is a Schwing Stetter M1T model, with a production capacity of 1 ton (1 cubic metre) every minute. The plant features computerised, precision-weighed batching for accurate and consistent mix proportions in every batch.

At the controls

Every batch is called by a trained operator.

Weighing, mixing time and discharge are set and monitored at the panel for each load — nothing is left to a rule of thumb. The operator logs every batch against your party name, so what leaves the plant matches the mix design you approved.

The same log ties your delivery to the cubes cast for it, which is what lets our laboratory hand you a strength report for the exact concrete that went into your structure.

We maintain a dedicated cement storage silo of 100 MT capacity (72 m³), stocked with premium-grade cement from TOPCEM and UltraTech, ensuring uninterrupted, high-quality cement supply for continuous production runs without delays.

Our dedicated cement silos at the Darakahara plant ensure a continuous, contamination-free supply of premium TOPCEM and UltraTech cement, ready to feed the batching plant around the clock without interruption.

Own Weighbridge

NA RMC operates its own Schwing Stetter weighbridge, with a platform size of 16m × 3m and a capacity of 100 MT. This allows accurate, in-house weighment of raw materials and vehicles without dependency on third-party weighing stations.

Our Concrete Pumps

NA RMC owns and operates 2 dedicated concrete pumps, both from the globally trusted Schwing Stetter brand. With 100 metres of placing line (PL) pipeline on each unit, our pumps can service multiple project sites simultaneously, placing concrete at height, in confined spaces, or across large floor areas with speed and precision.

With 2 dedicated pumps of varying capacity, NA RMC can match the right pump to your project's scale — from steady residential pours to high-output commercial and infrastructure placements — while continuing to serve other sites without interruption.
